This Privacy Policy explains how Gylermo Technologies (“IconAEO”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use iconaeo.com and related services (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable IT rules.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers (via Google sign-in or email/password through our auth provider).
• Audit & content data: the product URLs, keywords, and generated reports/content you submit or create.
• Payment data: credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. We receive transaction status and identifiers; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Technical & usage data: IP address, browser/device information, cookies, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service (run audits, generate content, manage your credit wallet).
• To process payments and maintain your transaction history.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important changes.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We engage a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service — for example to host it, to authenticate your account, to process payments, to generate audit suggestions, and to monitor errors. They act as processors on our documented instructions, may use your data only to perform the service they provide to us, and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data only as described in this policy or where the law requires it. If you would like details of the providers we currently use, write to us at the address in section 12 and we will tell you.

4. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Essential: to sign you in, keep you signed in, and remember your cookie choice. Cloudflare, which protects this site, may set its own security cookies. These are always on; blocking them will break sign-in.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, which shows us how people find and use iconaeo.com: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and whether they sign up, buy credits (and how many) or start an audit. It runs only if you accept it in our cookie banner. Google receives the pages you visit, your browser and device type and your approximate location. It never receives your name, your email address or the stores you audit, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of our home page, our FAQ, our About, Contact and policy pages, and every page inside your account. We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and audit data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secrets kept off the client — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and notify you of material breaches as required by law.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
