These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iconaeo.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by Gylermo Technologies (GSTIN 06ALAPT8151G1Z1) (“IconAEO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IconAEO provides AEO / GEO (AI visibility) and SEO audits of product pages, copy-paste fix suggestions, and AI-assisted content generation. Features and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits & payment

• The Service uses a prepaid credit wallet. 1 credit = ₹1. Audits and other paid actions deduct credits at the rates shown in the app.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payment verification occurs on our servers.
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• There is no subscription — you pay only for the credits you buy. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Applicable taxes (including GST, where relevant) may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Audit URLs or submit content you have no right to use.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, anti-abuse controls, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.

5. AI-generated content — no guaranteed results

Audit suggestions and generated content are produced with automated tools and AI models. They are provided for your consideration. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, revenue, or business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output before publishing it.

6. Intellectual property

• You retain rights to the inputs you provide and, subject to payment, to the content generated for you.
• The Service, its software, branding, and design remain our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

7. Third-party sites & services

The Service interacts with third-party websites and providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IconAEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IconAEO harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Unused credits are handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
